I have a confession to make *sigh* I, Peace J. Serenity, have been wearing a scarf on my head for 7days straight. And not in true ‘headwrap’ fashion either, I’m talkin a straight tie it back and let the ends flow type thang. *shakin head* I’m finna get to it. *grumbling* It just takes soooo long to do a twist out by myself but I’m startin to realize that wearing it in a fro, ain’t workin for me no mo! The twist out is a much softer look, then BAM here my fro!

Crazy Lady…
Ok, there is this lady who’s been at my job for over 30yrs *she won’t retire* She’s old and aloof. Well, anyway, we had to go down to storage together. Mistake! We got down there and she was like “hmm I wonder why they would give me a key to the door but not the cage?”. People, the key was on the same key ring, she eventually figured this out. So we get inside and we’re down there for one simple thing but she starts sorting through things in storage. Crazy lady, we are not here to clean out storage, please stop. Crazy lady is apparently a pack rat because she was tryin to save labels and other miscellaneous objects *I was hopin there were no sharp objects in the vicinity* Then we take the first load *one more trip was required* up to her office which looks sort of like her brain in a way, scattered, unorganized and full of miscellaneous stuff. Then as we prepared to go back, she was like “where’s the key?” And I’m lookin at her hand and shakin my head *all of this behind her back of course b/c my momma raised me to respect my elders* I said very slowly *as if talkin to a 4yr old* “Are they in your hand?” She looked down and there they were. This was the last thing in a string of events that proves she needs to go! Pack yo gingko baloba, metamucil, and icy-hot ointment and roll out! But in all seriousness, when I found out she’d been her that long and that she WOULDN’T retire, it made me kinda sad. Either she’s a workaholic or if she retires she won’t have anything else to occupy her time. I refuse to believe that Gov’t Docs is soooo exhilerating that you’d stay here of your own free will…can’t buy that one at all.

Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe…
I took my momma to go see this last night. It was really good and they stayed very true to the book. The special effects were great, the lion looked very good. Everything was just…very good. I wouldn’t recommend it for smaller children but from about 10yrs old and up, I think they could handle it. I’m grown and I’m sittin there jumpin at a couple parts! Lucy is my homegurl though, I swear she’s black on the inside :-) pullin out her shank at a moments notice! Yo go gurl!

Well, I’ve got 20min left at work and I shall squander then on the innanet.
