I was blog hopping today and I ran across a post where the theme was:
What drives you? Meaning, what are those things that keep you going?
I found it interesting, so I’m going to come up with my own list:
1.) My relationship with God. He is my source. I can never doubt His existence nor His blessings
2.) My mother. I love that woman. Not only that, I actually like her! lol. In the last couple of years I’ve come to realize just how strong she is and how blessed I am for the way she raised me.
3.) My extended family. Ain’t another family like them. We all genuinely love and support each other. Sure we have our differences and quirks but we’re a special brood. I love ‘em and wouldn’t trade ‘em for the world. Cause we some G’s! *wink**poppin my colla*
4.) Music. Who can live without it! You can go from straight up fool, ain’t got no point to meaningful soul stirring lyrics/melody. Can’t beat that. I used to say “music speaks what words cannot express”. It’s universal. It also led me to my dream which I’m making come true daily. Gotta love music!
5.) Photography. It’s a new passion. One that has me lookin at the world differently. I just can’t stand it when I’m out somewhere and I see something and don’t have a camera! Like the sky was beautiful this past Sunday and I didn’t have notta nerrrr camera on me. Grrrr. But yes, photography is very soothing. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I capture a pic just right on film…well digital in my case.

Whew! It’s only been a week but there have been some changes in my life.
I met someone and now I’m doing like K.a.ny*e “Kick, Push…Coassssst”. I’m chill wit it.
What else?
Hmmmmm nothing but school, school and more school.
I have to visit another religious ceremony for my world religions course so I’m going to a Soto Zen Meditation place.

That’s about it. Hmmmmmm I recently took some pictures at my lil cuz’s bday party. I took the best 6 and 3 of my original photos and put them in this neat 9pic frame that had some pics raised and some set back. Their mom loved it! She almost made me cry! *sniffle*
