I was SO over my degree when I reached the halfway point, but I had gone too far to go back. Once I finished, I wanted nothing to do with it. And now......I've come full circle and am working back in my field of study. Hmph. School sucks, especially if you hate what you're doing. But it has its purpose, and if you can keep that <i>(and your graduation date)</i> in mind......you can make it, no problem! Time flies when you're having fun, so have some fun! We all have that "friend" we wish we could save from themselves, but its not up to us......its up to them. If yall have talked about it, and she's fine/happy/satisfied/content with where she is, ain't much else you can do. I'd say, you gotta stop lettin' it bother you. And if it bothers you so much that you CAN'T stop it, then you probably need to distance yourself from her and that situation. What if your fears come true, he gets violent, and you get caught up in that too?? You definitely don't want that for yourself, so do what you gotta do to preserve your sanity and your safety, so you can even be AROUND to help/support your fallen friend.
